What this tool is

Church Coverage Check is a free educational tool that helps churches, schools, ministries, and nonprofits identify insurance coverage categories that may be worth reviewing, based on the activities they report. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Not insurance advice

Church Coverage Check is not an insurance company, insurance agency, or licensed insurance producer, and nothing on this site is insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice. The checklist is a general educational starting point. It does not bind or create coverage, does not constitute a recommendation to purchase any particular policy, and does not replace review by a licensed insurance professional who can examine your actual policies, limits, endorsements, exclusions, and state requirements.

No warranty

The tool is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Coverage needs vary by organization, carrier, and state, and the checklist may not identify every exposure your organization has — or may identify coverages you don't need. You are responsible for decisions made based on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Church Coverage Check and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its output, including uncovered claims, coverage gaps, or decisions made or not made based on the checklist.

Referrals

If you consent, your information is shared with the licensed insurance agency specifically named at the consent step so that agency can respond to your request. Any insurance relationship you form is between you and that agency; Church Coverage Check is not a party to it.

Acceptable use

Don't submit false information, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it to harvest information about others.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
