This policy explains, in plain English, what Church Coverage Check collects, why, and who it's shared with. If anything here is unclear, ask us — the contact email is at the bottom.
What we collect
- Calculator answers — the information you enter about your organization's facilities, people, ministries, and vehicles.
- Contact information — name, role, email, and phone, only if you choose to provide it to receive your full checklist or request a coverage review.
- Technical data — our form processor records the submission time and originating IP address with each submission, and we record the page URL and any campaign (UTM) parameters. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we use no cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for the site to function.
Why we collect it
- To generate your coverage checklist and printable report.
- With your consent, to connect you with the specifically named licensed insurance agency for a coverage review.
- To keep a record that you consented — including the exact consent text and version you agreed to, and when.
Who it's shared with
Your information is shared only with the licensed insurance agency specifically named in the consent statement you check at submission — and only if you check it. We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not share it with anyone not named in that consent statement.
How consent is recorded
When you check the consent box, we store the exact consent text shown to you, its version identifier, and a timestamp alongside your submission. This protects you: it means there is a verifiable record of exactly what you agreed to.
Deleting your information
You can request deletion of your submission at any time by emailing us at the address below with the organization name and email you used. We'll confirm once it's removed.
